Yes, you need to register at KULCART.COM
This will help us to enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, we automatically register you.

Easy step to register: – You can register yourself by clicking on our login / Registration option on the top of our site. Once registered, you can enjoy regular updates from KULCART.COM
You require providing us with your email ID and mobile number which will help us to deliver your purchase on time at your doorstep.

Forgot my password, what should I do?
Step to generate new password: – Simply generate a new password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ option on log in option. An email with link to generate a new password will be sent to your registered email Id.

Update Profile: –
Once registered you can anytime click on “Update My Profile” option under you’re my account option.

How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like, choose the products and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
‘In my cart, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.
Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified.

How will I receive my orders?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

My Order and Related Queries

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail confirmation will be sent once you’ve successfully placed your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders under ‘My Account” option

I am based out of India and I want to place an order with a delivery address in India. Is it possible?
We will be happy to ship you the product/s if the pin code you have selected is serviceable by our courier partners.

How can I modify my order once booked?
Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you won’t be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.

Order not appearing in ‘My Account’ is the any issue?
Be rest assured after you place and order. You might experience this issue due to technical glitch. The order might reflect in your account automatically.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change your shipping address within 24 to 48 hours of time of your order under ‘My account’ option.
OR
Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the delivery address/phone number / Email id .

How do I know my size?
We have provided size chart for each and every category which can be used for making a purchase. The size chart has US, UK and European sizes with conversions for easy references.

Why there is Delay or Change in Delivery Time?
We try to deliver all your orders in the earliest time possible. However, due to unwanted /unexpected issues if there is any delay, we shall inform you time to time.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per company policy, a shipment can’t be opened before delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.
After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your account within 24 to 48 working hours of request. (The refund is always based on Bank’s clearing process)
If you wish to cancel the order after your accepted the shipment, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your account once the product is picked

What payment methods are accepted at Kulcart.com?
We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major Debit Cards. We also have an option of net banking.

Why is tax being charged?
Tax is levied on the sale of any commodity, which here represents Goods and Service Tax (GST). This tax is collected and deposited by Kulcart.com to the relevant government authorities.

Is it safe to shop online using my debit/credit card?
You can freely shop with us without any worries and concerns. We always ensure that all your transaction is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential. These details are never saved in our records hence you are requested to provide your card details on your every purchase.

I was charged handling fee for my order. If I cancel my order, will I get back these charges along with the refund?

How do I add more products to my order?
Unfortunately you can’t do that. We do not have any cancellation policy, But you can always place a new order and we will be happy to deliver the same to you.

Why am I not getting COD option while placing an order?
Currently we do not have COD option. However you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
Shipping & Tracking
Most items will ship out within 5 to 7 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included). However, some orders may take some more time depending on the vendors.
You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Please note Delivery period is dependent on the product and delivery area pin code.
To check the expected delivery date for a product, you can simply enter your Pin code in the box option ‘Check delivery details’ on the Product Page. Please note, actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.

We provide free shipping for most of our products we offer on out platform. However if there is any shipping charges, the charges will automatically appear while you purchase / book order depending on the product.
